Washington politicians and their mainstream media allies would like to convince the commonsense folks of America that spending without end is a new and fabulous idea and everything will work out awesome for the economy if we just tax the rich. According to a Politico/GWU/Battleground poll, more than three out of four Americans are like, “Whatever.”
